About

I’m Merim Tufo, a Product & Technology Consultant based in Sarajevo. I help turn product ideas and operational needs into working software, and stay hands-on through implementation.

I founded Mereltech to connect product direction with technical delivery. I work directly with founders and alongside international teams on scope, architecture, development and launch.

My background spans web, backend and mobile engineering. Flutter is part of that experience, alongside Next.js, React, Laravel, Node, Firebase and Supabase. I also build AI workflows with explicit review and acceptance checks.

Alongside client work, I designed, built and published Paguely and built ScalePilot. The work examples show my contribution, the system and the available evidence.

PrinciplesAB–4

How I work

I work in small, verified steps and report status plainly.

  1. Walking skeleton first

The thinnest version that works end to end, before any polish.

  2. A commit is not proof of a fix

A fix counts when a test on the user's path passes, on a real device where it matters.

  3. Say where the bug is

If the defect is in the backend or the design, I name it in the ticket with the evidence.

  4. Status first

Done, blocked and on whom, next step. No padding.

What needs to work next?

CS-01

Tell me what exists today, the problem you want to solve and the next milestone. We can start with a focused review, a product release or an AI pilot.

  1. What the product does and who uses it.
  2. What exists already: designs, code, a backend, a store account.
  3. Your deadline, and anything fixed such as a launch date or a platform.
