Who is responsible
The controller is MERELTECH LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA, represented by Merim Tufo. Contact: hello@merimtufo.com.
What is collected
When you use the contact form: your name, email address, optional company, the topic you choose and your message, plus the time of sending. To protect the form against abuse, the server may process your IP address briefly; it is not stored with your message.
Why and on what legal basis
Your data is used only to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Which services process it
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website and processes server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and keep them secure.
- Supabase stores contact form messages in a database in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Resend sends the notification email that tells me a message has arrived.
Some of these companies are based in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact and then deleted, unless they become part of a contract that must be kept longer by law.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@merimtufo.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority in your country.
Changes
If the site starts using analytics or other services, this notice will be updated first.
